Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL)
- Manage inventory allocation and dock scheduling for 100+ daily shipments
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border freight
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and maintain 99.5% on-time delivery rate
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Train junior coordinators on WMS systems and compliance protocols
- Generate monthly shipping analytics reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and hazardous materials regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- OSHA Forklift certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
