Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, certificates)
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to reduce transit costs
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking for shipped goods
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
