- Prepare customs documentation, bills of lading, and compliance paperwork
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide proactive client updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS (e.g., Oracle, Descartes) and WMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume environments
- Relevant certifications (CSCP, CTL) preferred
