Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping operations to meet delivery deadlines
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments through WMS systems
- Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Comply with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency with WMS and transportation management systems
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
