Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, sea, and ground channels
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border freight
- Optimize inventory control and warehouse receiving processes
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve transit delays and exceptions
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Maintain real-time shipment tracking systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Train junior staff on logistics SOPs and software proficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or supply chain coordination
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA/FMC certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Ability to manage 50+ concurrent shipments simultaneously
