Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Optimize freight routing and cost management across air, ocean, and ground channels
- Maintain compliance with international trade regulations (CBP, FDA, USDA)
- Liaise with vendors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders for shipment updates
- Implement continuous process improvements using logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export compliance
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize shipping costs and timelines
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Spanish fluency required (Miami's diverse market demands)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CTL) highly desirable
