Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract 50+ shipments daily using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Optimize warehouse space utilization with strategic pallet stacking
- Conduct pre-shift equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train junior loaders on OSHA compliance protocols and efficiency standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse loading experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification for forklift/pallet jack operation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds consistently and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-incident safety record
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
