Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Package and label products according to shipping guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to optimize storage space and retrieval processes.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet our premium standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and tracking shipments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
