Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack high-volume orders using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse routes to achieve 99.9% order accuracy
- Operate powered equipment (PIT-certification required)
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing inventory
- Train new team members on warehouse systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with RF scanner proficiency
- PIT certification (valid or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and inventory knowledge
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
