Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse workflows through strategic slotting and inventory rotation
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS systems
- Train new team members on SOPs and safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity gains
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operation (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
