Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counting and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and follow FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in varied warehouse conditions (climate, heights)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
