Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free workplace standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and 3PL partners
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage facility maintenance and equipment scheduling
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on inventory planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with WMS platforms and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Data-driven problem-solving abilities with Excel/BI experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings/weekends
- Remote work experience preferred
