Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ warehouse associates to meet daily productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Resolve operational challenges and process inefficiencies
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams on inventory forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with inventory audits and process optimization
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
