Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping with provided equipment
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safe equipment usage and procedures
- Optimize inventory accuracy using provided WMS technology and scanning systems
- Implement lean practices to enhance productivity with provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Manage warehouse budget and equipment maintenance schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with provided communication tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment handling
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and provided inventory software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate provided forklifts and heavy machinery (certification preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
