Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control procedures and implement lean practices
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy
- Conduct daily team briefings and performance evaluations
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and accident prevention measures
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budgets
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if required
