Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs and improve accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
