Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements
- Train staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
