Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate 30+ warehouse staff while maintaining 95%+ productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with procurement, transportation, and quality teams
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage facility maintenance and ensure equipment operational readiness
- Develop and implement SOPs for receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent certification
- Experience managing unionized teams a plus
