Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with 99.8% accuracy
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict OSHA/EPA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage WMS system operations and generate real-time performance analytics
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and freight movement
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and process automation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety management background
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and warehouse technology
- Proven track record of reducing shrinkage and improving inventory accuracy
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management preferred
- Experience managing 20,000+ sq ft facilities with high-volume throughput
