Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance and accident prevention
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to optimize productivity and performance
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Resolve operational issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
