Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff, coordinating daily tasks and performance evaluations
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste by 15%
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance through rigorous safety audits and training
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy requirements

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials

- Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory control methods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
