Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track and maintain real-time shipment visibility using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions through proactive communication
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation
- Prepare and maintain shipping records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers and 3PL partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with domestic/international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
