Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping/receiving activities across multiple distribution channels
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse documentation compliance
- Liaise with carriers to arrange timely pickups and track shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Maintain accurate records in WMS and ERP systems
- Collaborate with sales team to meet client delivery requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency with WMS and transportation management systems
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- OSHA certification preferred
- Experience with hazardous materials handling
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
