Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Manage customs compliance for international shipments
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to meet client delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Build relationships with freight carriers to optimize shipping costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Transportation Management)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Experience with LTL, FTL, and intermodal shipping methods
