Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments, tracking logistics from origin to destination
- Manage inventory control systems and warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with carriers to optimize shipping routes and costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Implement process improvements for shipping efficiency
- Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
