Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage documentation compliance (BOLs, customs forms, shipping manifests)
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking for in-transit goods
- Build relationships with freight carriers and negotiate rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficient in TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
