Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time tracking updates
- Optimize routes to reduce transit times and transportation costs
- Collaborate with sales and fulfillment teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments
- Monitor carrier performance and negotiate service contracts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
