Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order fulfillment, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Track shipments in real-time using logistics software and provide proactive status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align shipping priorities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience
- Proficiency in shipping management software (e.g., Oracle TMS, SAP Logistics)
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and Incoterms
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
