Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and documentation
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and shipping documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for seamless operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with LTL/FTL experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- APICS or CSCP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
