Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule domestic and international freight shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and commercial invoices.
- Track shipments in real-time and troubleshoot any delays or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, inventory levels, and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve logistics discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
