Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Liaise with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize delivery timelines
- Utilize WMS systems to track shipments and update status in real-time
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to meet client deadlines
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and hazardous material regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials training preferred
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field required
