  • Conduct regular audits of shipping procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
  • Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, shipping modes (Ocean, Air, Ground), and customs procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
