Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance records
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs while meeting delivery deadlines
- Track shipments proactively and resolve any transit delays or exceptions
- Liaise with customs brokers, warehouse teams, and international partners
- Implement continuous improvements to shipping workflows and KPIs
- Manage inventory reconciliation and shipment verification processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, customs)
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred (CSCP, CLTD)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in warehouse conditions when needed
