Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time, proactively addressing delays or issues
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure seamless logistics execution
- Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs while maintaining delivery standards
- Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare compliance reports
- Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to align shipping schedules with business needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
