Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities, including order processing, carrier selection, and documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery discrepancies proactively
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international partners
- Prepare and maintain shipping records, bills of lading, and customs forms
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service quality
- Train staff on shipping protocols and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
