Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities including order processing, documentation, and carrier selection
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely fulfillment
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays or discrepancies
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Generate shipping reports and analyze logistics data for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and international shipping regulations
- Build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of shipping coordination or logistics experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of domestic/international shipping regulations and documentation
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak shipping seasons
- Forklift certification a plus
