Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple transportation modes
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, shipping manifests)
- Optimize routing and carrier negotiations for cost efficiency
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory alignment
- Implement compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
- Generate shipping reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and LCL/FCL processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Certification in Logistics (CSCP, CLTD) is advantageous
- Valid Florida driver's license required
