Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Maintain real-time tracking systems and proactively resolve transit delays
- Prepare customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate inventory management
- Negotiate rates with carriers and optimize shipping costs
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Generate shipment reports and analyze logistics KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficient in TMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Descartes)
- Certified Customs Broker or equivalent trade compliance training
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
