Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via air, ground, and rail carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve delivery exceptions and carrier communication
- Collaborate with warehouse team on inventory allocation
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce transit times/costs
- Prepare monthly shipping performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis
- Excellent written/oral communication abilities
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of DOT/FAA shipping regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
