Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse pick/pack activities
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and reporting systems
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and delivery times
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Forklift certification preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
