Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments
- Track and trace cargo using WMS/TMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Resolve shipping delays and exceptions through proactive communication
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and carrier teams for operational efficiency
- Generate shipment reports and maintain accurate logistics records
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or JDA)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
