Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipping schedules via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and process customs documentation for cross-border shipments
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize loading and unloading processes
- Manage inventory reconciliation and shipping documentation accuracy
- Communicate shipment status to internal stakeholders and clients
- Negotiate rates with carriers to reduce transportation costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination or supply chain role
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
