Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time tracking updates
- Collaborate with customs brokers and regulatory agencies
- Optimize routing schedules to minimize transit costs
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare customs forms (BOLs, commercial invoices, certificates)
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High school diploma; Supply Chain certification preferred
