Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using TMS and ERP systems
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate freight rates
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments proactively and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment
- Analyze shipping metrics to optimize cost and efficiency
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
