Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across multiple carriers and modes (air, ocean, ground)
- Prepare and process commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively communicate delays to stakeholders
- Optimize routing and freight costs while maintaining delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and manage carrier performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Proficient in WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with internal/external partners
- APICS or CSCMP certification preferred
