Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Process customs documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations
- Track shipments in real-time and provide proactive updates to stakeholders
- Negotiate rates and optimize shipping routes to reduce costs
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate returns/replacements
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align on delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and WMS software
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
