- Coordinate international and domestic shipments across multiple carriers using our proprietary TMS platform
- Manage customs documentation compliance for 50+ weekly shipments
- Optimize freight routing to reduce transit times by 15% quarterly
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure on-time dock scheduling
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Act as primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight forwarding or shipping coordination
- Proficiency in customs brokerage systems (ACE, AES) and SAP
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- OSHA/FMCSA compliance knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environment
