Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and delivery times
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary logistics management system
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and exceptions through proactive communication
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company SOPs
- Generate performance reports and analytics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping/logistics coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Oracle Transportation, SAP TM)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and hazardous materials handling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
