Join our dynamic logistics team as a Shipping Coordinator in El Paso, TX! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage seamless shipping operations for our growing international supply chain. This hybrid role combines strategic coordination with hands-on logistics execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Process customs documentation and compliance forms (CBP, FDA)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS software (e.g., Oracle Transportation Management)
- Resolve delivery delays and carrier disputes proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory allocation
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize transit costs and times
- Maintain accurate shipment records and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Incoterms® 2020 and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for El Paso market
- Supply Chain certification (CSCP, CLTD) a plus
