Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes, including order processing, documentation, and carrier scheduling
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Collaborate with customs brokers for international shipments
- Generate shipping reports and maintain accurate logistics databases
- Negotiate rates with freight carriers and shipping vendors
- Ensure compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or ShipStation)
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma required; supply chain certification preferred
